Smart Pool Automation with The Attendant

The Attendant™ by Poolside Tech is our preferred pool automation system. It monitors your water chemistry, equipment and temperature around the clock and can dose chemicals automatically. With your permission, our team can see your pool’s status and history remotely between visits. We serve commercial properties, HOAs and luxury homes in Seminole, Orange, Volusia and Osceola counties.

Why It Matters

  • A record of what happened: the system keeps historical equipment logs, alerts and failure events. If questions come up about a pool’s condition, a dated history is a strong place to start.
  • Problems caught early: it sends alerts about potential issues before they become costly ones.
  • Steadier water: pH and sanitizer are measured continuously, and dosing responds when readings drift outside set limits.
  • Built-in safety: it won’t feed chemicals without water flow, never doses incompatible chemicals together, and waits for the water to mix before dosing again.

For Commercial Properties, HOAs and Property Managers

Busy community and hospitality pools change fast. The Attendant supports pH, ORP, and free and total chlorine sensors, and it works with commercial-grade chemical feeders and CO₂ systems. Its digital logs of events and alerts add to the photo service reports and health department chemical logs we already keep, giving managers and boards clearer records for inspections and liability questions.

For Luxury Homeowners

Control your pool, spa, heater, lights and water features from the onboard touchscreen or the iOS/Android app. It also connects to ELAN, Control4 and Amazon Alexa. Smart temperature control, energy-saving pump schedules, auto-fill support and a guest mode mean your pool is ready when you are, whether you’re home or away.

How We Use It

  • Real-time monitoring: with access you grant (and can revoke at any time), we can see your pool’s chemistry, equipment status and alerts remotely.
  • Dosing adjustments: automatic dosing reacts to sensor readings as they come in, and we fine-tune setpoints and dosing settings to match your pool’s demand.
  • Digital records: system history sits alongside our photo service reports and health department chemical logs.
  • Professional installation: licensed electrical and equipment work is done by our licensed contractor partner.

Commercial Aquaworx is CPO certified and insured, and our owner has been in the pool industry since 2008.
